We have an exciting job opportunity available in Doha for a Secretary!

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300, and is open to non-Qataris. Even if you have no experience as a secretary, we are still interested in seeing what you can bring to the table!

The role would involve taking down accurate minutes from meetings, setting up meeting rooms, screening calls and responding to emails, producing documents and reports, managing filing systems and databases, coordinating external meetings and appointments, and general administration tasks.

The successful bi-lingul candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have good spelling and grammar, have a good understanding of various office software and processes, be highly organized and able to multi-task efficiently, and be a friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to handle both internal and external customers.
