We are looking for an experienced, creative and dedicated Executive Chef to join our fast-paced and collaborative team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and oversee all cooking staff in the production of sumptuous cuisine for substantial numbers of guests.

Salary: 1100
Experience: At least 1 year

Responsibilities:
• Design, plan, organize and superintend all cooking operations
• Direct food preparation operations and maintain high quality standards
• Develop menus, recipes and pricing for customers
• Oversee food purchasing and receive goods
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimate food requirements
