The successful candidate will have the responsibility of crafting wine lists, recommending selections to guests, providing feedback and education on top wines and managing the wine cellar. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of different varieties of wines, meaning their role in the kitchen and bar will be essential.

We offer a generous salary of 1000 per month plus other benefits.
