We are looking for a motivated, passionate and vibrant barista to join our team in Doha!

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and attention to detail, as well as a genuine interest in coffee and tea. Prior experience in the coffee/tea industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service to all our customers

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks to satisfaction, on time and accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting atmosphere for our guests

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in coffee/tea trends and products

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Uphold brand standards and company policies

• Cashiering and end-of-shift tasks, as needed
