POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful applicant should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have previous experience in a similar role, and reflect enthusiasm and dedication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining records and schedules
• Answering calls and emails
• Arranging meetings, appointments, and other administrative duties
• Preparing meeting materials and agendas
• Preparing reports
• Typing documents and memos
• Managing travel arrangements
• Providing other clerical support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least two years of experience in a Secretarial position
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and other computer programs
• Exceptional communication, organizational and administrative skills
