We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have an exceptional culinary experience and strong leadership skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the overall operation and management of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

• Lead and coordinate the activities of a team of professional chefs.

• Seeking to develop and maintain sustainable relationships with suppliers, local partners and industry professionals.

• Develop and maintain high standards of preparation and presentation of food.

• Stay up to date with culinary trends and modern cooking methods.

• Create and maintain costings for each kitchen menu.

• Monitor stock and plan menus accordingly.

• Responsible for the creation of new recipes.

Requirements:

• Professional Cooking Qualification.

• 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary position.
