We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef for one of Dubai’s leading restaurants and hotels. The ideal candidate will be able to create innovative dishes with a variety of international flavours and have a flair for putting together a menu with local tastes.

Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning and management, purchasing, budgeting and staff training.

• Work closely with restaurant management to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to highest standards of customer service.
