Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as an Executive Chef in a related field

• Proven expertise in managing restaurant staff

• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service, food production and menu selection

• Ability to create a high-end menu, with an extensive understanding of vegetable and meat preparation, sauces and gravies

• Good knowledge of safety, health and hygiene standards

• Exceptional knowledge of presentation standards

• Strong leadership skills

• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities

• Must be willing to immigrate.
