Job Responsibilities:

• Advise and educate diners on selecting the right wines for their meal

• Update wine lists regularly

• Train and manage any new or existing sommeliers

• Ensure all wines are stored and handled correctly

• Oversee the organization of tasting and pairing events

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of wine tasting, viticulture, and wine regions

• Understanding of food and wine pairing

• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
