Job Summary

Job Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, including espresso-based beverages, cold and hot drinks, as well as traditional coffee beverages

• Receive and process payments for beverages and snacks

• Maintain high-level service standards

• Interact with customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner

• Measure coffee and ingredients manually or by using pre-measured delivery systems

• Receive and store deliveries

• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines and tools

• Request or pick up supplies

• Comply with health and safety policies
