Executive Chef – Dubai

Salary: 1100 AED

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of culinary experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel or luxury cruise ship.

Demands for the Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel or luxury cruise ship.

• Knowledge and and management of industry standards and code of practice compliance.

• Advanced experience in kitchen and restaurant inventory, product procurement and budgeting.

• Ability to organize, manage and monitor the food production process.

• Creative ability to develop menus and create recipes.

• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering top quality dishes and meals.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct the planning, scheduling and coordination of all aspects of the kitchen
