Sommelier Vacancy in Dubai

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai!

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of equivalent experience in a leading restaurant setting
• Professional sommelier certification required
• Fluency in English, any other language will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in ordering, maintenance and knowledge of wine list
• The ability to converse and interact confidently and professionally with customers
• Proven experience as a sommelier

Job Description:
• Ensure that all customers are served according to the agreed standards of service.
• Work with the wine supplier to keep a relevant and varied wine list.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of wine, wine trends and the industry.
• Assist in training the server staff to learn wine list, recognise and upsell.
