Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for providing wine service to our guests and helping them make the best possible drink choices. You will also play a major role in helping to manage the wine list as well as related events and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on wines, beverages, and pairings to our guests.
• Taste, evaluate and recommend wines for purchase and placement on our wine list.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our varied wine list and be proactive in the selection and presentation of wines for the wine list.
• Assist in the collection and maintenance of product prices and monitor and order inventory of wines & spirits.
