We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to the company and management staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain paperwork, records, and other documents
- Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, provide general information
- Plan, organize and coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence and memos
- Take minutes of meetings
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in secretarial studies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
