Requirements for the candidate:
1. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
2. Professional experience in a related field preferred.
3. Ability to manage process improvement projects and handle different tasks simultaneously.
4. Enthusiasm and innovative attitude towards challenges.
5. Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
6. Proficient with computer and project management programs such as MATLAB, SageMath, LabView etc.
