We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an entry-level position and no experience is required.

The Office Assistant's primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and general office support to our organization. You will be responsible for managing office equipment, mail services, printing, and other tasks as needed. You will also be expected to provide customer service, manage incoming and outgoing calls, answer emails, and maintain records.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Greeting visitors and customers
- Managing mail, fax and other office services
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails and other customer queries
- Scanning, filing, sorting, and organizing documents
- Maintaining records and performing data entry
- Conducting research to provide assistance to other departments
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and organized
