The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in creating diverse dishes that tantalize the taste buds and accommodate all dietary requirements. You will work with traditional ingredients and bold new flavour combinations, while staying up to date with current food trends. A great eye for detail and an understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards are essential.
