At the trendy XXX restaurant, we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of experience in sommelier work and have an excellent knowledge of wine and spirits. In this role, you will create customized recommendations to match a customer’s individual taste and pair wines with dishes to enhance the dining experience.

As well as possessing three years of sommelier experience, you should be a certified wine professional and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
- recommending wines to customers based on their tastes
- ensuring wine fridges; shelves and tables have wine properly displayed
- stock taking and monitoring stock levels
- educating staff on wine varieties and tastes
- assisting in menu design
