Job Summary
We are now looking for a competent and motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties in the office.

Demands for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of administrative and secretarial experience, as well as an excellent grasp of English and an understanding of local laws and regulations. We welcome applications from immigrants.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and provide a variety of secretarial and administrative duties
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both online and physical
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Handle and respond to clients’ inquiries
- Prepare documents and reports when requested
- Schedule and manage various conferences, meetings, and appointments

Conditions
- Salary of 1300+
- Working week from Sunday to Thursday
- 40 hours per week
- 4 weeks of paid vacation
