Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a qualified Sommelier to join us in Dubai with a salary of 1000 USD per month. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to guests on food and wine pairings and selections
- Knowledgeable in wines and able to discuss features and benefits of different types
- Arrange and manage wine tastings and pairings for guests
- Keep up to date with current trends and new wines on the market
- Maintain inventory and order wine from our suppliers
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms
- Develop and implement training plans for staff on wine selection and sales

Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sommelier
- Knowledge of grape varietals, wine styles and regions
- Must pass a state-imposed Sommelier exam
