Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and competent Secretary in Doha to provide support to the organization. The Secretary will handle administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, organizing documents, creating reports and taking minutes.

Candidate Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Good knowledge of computers and related software
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immigrants are welcomed to apply
• Minimum work experience required
• Salary of 1200 QAR per month

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Greet visitors and direct them to the proper office
• File and organize documents according to the filing system
• Create reports and prepare presentations
• Take minutes during meetings
• Perform general administrative tasks as necessary
