Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As our new Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, leading culinary teams, and developing innovative cuisine in order to provide a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You must be creative, passionate, and yes a great leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or closely related field.
• At least 5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant environment.
• Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of chefs.
• An eye for detail and knowledge of international cuisine.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
