Requirements for the Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Proficiency in MS Office, retail software, and databases

• Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and financial data

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptable to changing market trends and customer needs

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and handle multiple projects

• Proficiency in sourcing and negotiating with vendors/suppliers
