Waiter Position – Ras Al Khaimah

We are seeking an experienced and professional Waiter to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This position offers a competitive remuneration package of AED 1000 per month.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Provide customers with menu information
• Recommend food and drinks to customers
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks in accordance with customer preference
• Connect with customers to build rapport and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Clean and reset tables
• Process bills/payments
• Balance cash drawers

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a waiter
• Knowledge of menu items and service techniques
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints
