Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai to help oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in customer satisfaction, safety and quality
• Maintain order, cleanliness and organization at all times
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
• Work with chef to develop menus, manage food costs and create specials
• Manage staff, assigning appropriate duties and ensuring shifts are covered
• Handle customer complaints and take corrective action as needed
• Develop marketing initiatives and build long-term customer relationships

Salary:
A salary of 1300 AED (dirhams) will be offered to the successful candidate.

Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience working in a restaurant/café
