We are looking for a motivated and experienced Secretary to join our growing team in Doha. The position pays a competitive salary of 1,600 plus benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general Secretarial support to the team including but not limited to managing phone calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries, filing and data entry, handling general administration and maintaining records. You will also be required to assist with travel bookings and co-ordinate meetings and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Secretary, amazing organisational skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
