• Transport goods over state and long-distance routes

• Secure cargo before and during transportation

• Follow the HSE rules and regulations

• Ensure cargo is delivered safely and in a timely manner

• Maintain truck log and logbook per DOT regulations

• Verify cargo against customer orders

• Communicate with customer service team and/or dispatch

• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules

• Conduct daily truck inspections and report any mechanical problems

• Other duties as required.
