Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Surveyor (Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE) with a salary of 1600 AED. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role and no experience is required. This position will involve creating plans, elevations and sections of land, as well as evaluating existing buildings.

Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys using professional instruments and techniques
- Document land features such as buildings, elevations and curves, levels, and other landmarks
- Analyze and interpret survey data, using plans and aerial photographs
- Create property boundaries, topographical maps and other survey plans
- Set up boundary markers and boundary lines
- Mark plots on plans
- Review plans, maps, codes, ordinances, and title documents
- Identify potential boundary and development issues

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of land survey principles
- Education in surveying technology
