Job Summary
We are currently looking for an Executive Chef for a prestigious 5-star hotel located in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership of the kitchen brigade, menu planning and kitchen operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED per month.

Needs For The Candidate

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- History in menu-planning/creation
- An understanding of food production processes and techniques
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, nutrition and food preparation
- Ability to delegate tasks and manage a staff of cooks
- An understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
- A love of cooking and food
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Foreign candidates highly desirable
