• Minimum 2 years experience in the food industry
• Completion of at least a secondary school diploma
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to select the best ingredients, monitor their quality and quantity
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
