Do you have a passion for driving organizational growth and Possess excellent administrative, customer service and communication skills? We are NOW looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha.

This position will be responsible for managing the day to day administration activities, customer service requirements and other office related duties including:

β€’ Assisting and coordinating the administrative activities of the organization
β€’ Interacting with customers and maintaining good customer relations
β€’ Preparing and handling invoices, reports, communication materials, documents and presentations
β€’ Maintaining records and organizing files
β€’ Making travel arrangements, ordering materials and supplies as per requirement
