Do you have a passion for driving organizational growth and Possess excellent administrative, customer service and communication skills? We are NOW looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha.

This position will be responsible for managing the day to day administration activities, customer service requirements and other office related duties including:

• Assisting and coordinating the administrative activities of the organization
• Interacting with customers and maintaining good customer relations
• Preparing and handling invoices, reports, communication materials, documents and presentations
• Maintaining records and organizing files
• Making travel arrangements, ordering materials and supplies as per requirement

We are offering a very competitive salary of 1000 Qatar Riyal for this position and are willing to consider applicants from all backgrounds and immigrants. We have a very diverse team and would love to welcome you to join us!
