Secretary in Doha, Qatar

This position will be responsible for managing the day to day administration activities, customer service requirements and other office related duties including:
• Assisting and coordinating the administrative activities of the organization
• Interacting with customers and maintaining good customer relations
• Preparing and handling invoices, reports, communication materials, documents and presentations
• Maintaining records and organizing files
• Making travel arrangements, ordering materials and supplies as per requirement
