Merchandiser – Al Shamkhah City

We’re looking for a hardworking, creative Merchandiser to work in our retail outlet in Al Shamkhah City. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and an eye for fashion, plus an ability to keep track of inventory.

Salary:
Up to 1300 AED monthly, depending on qualifications and experience. We’re open to considering a candidate who is an immigrant.

Duties:
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, managing requests and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments in the store (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Email, Digital) to ensure consistent customer service
• Work alongside the Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure proper selection of product
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and preferences, then adjust selection accordingly
• Liaise with vendors to acquire new items and negotiate better terms
