We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, communication and organization skills, with the ability to think strategically and build business relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand client base and grow sales.
• Drive sales performance through developing customer relationships and leveraging market intelligence.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation through to closure.
• Create, track and analyze customer metrics to improve customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.
• Track, analyze and present team sales performance.
• Leverage customer insights and feedback to inform improvement initiatives.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management.
• Familiar with El-Fujairah customer demographic & market trends
