• Knowledge of specialty coffee & tea preparation
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn about new products and work collaboratively
• Immigration/Bus for Qatar permit/NOC is preferred but not necessary
• English language fluency essential
