The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our organization. He/she will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as answering incoming calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining and updating databases, creating reports, and providing general administrative support.

Applicants must be highly organized and able to multitask efficiently on a daily basis. Additionally, he/she must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and have a thorough knowledge of computer systems and office procedures.
