We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join a prestigious and luxurious resort in Dibba-El-Fujairah.

The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency with menu offerings. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in menu design and kitchen management. They will be responsible for menu concept development, ingredient development, team training and kitchen management. They will also be responsible for the implementation of safety and sanitation standards.

We offer an attractive salary of 1600, plus other benefits. We are open on the possibility of hiring a foreigner, should the candidate have the necessary qualifications.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organization and leadership skills. They will have experience in menu design, cost control and negotiation with suppliers. They will also have a passion for food, an eye for detail and an understanding of customer needs.
