Position: Land Surveyor - Zayed City

Salary: 900 AED/month

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying or related field

• Basic knowledge of surveying principles, practices and related mapping technologies
• Experience and/or certification in GIS (Geographical Information Systems) and surveying processes
• Excellent English language proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surveys of land and property, including measurements and graphically mapping the area according to set standards
• Operate and maintain surveying and mapping equipment
• Research legal documents and local land use regulations to ensure accuracy of survey information
• Create and maintain databases of survey information
• Investigation and research into land records, title documents and related source materials
• Prepare reports, maps, and sketches for land use, maps, deeds, and real estate
• Analyze aerial photographs, maps and other topographical or geologic data
