Job Title: Secretary

Salary: 1700 QAR per month

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The position is full time and offers a salary of 1700 QAR per month.

The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the role. We are open to all nationalities, favoring those already in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

- Managing office duties such as filing, correspondence, archiving system
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinating office services such as procurement, equipment maintenance, and office safety and security
- Handling bookkeeping and supervising administrative staff
- Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, travel arrangements etc.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary
- Good command of written and spoken English
