Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Assistant who will manage administrative tasks and ensure that the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and be highly organized, with will a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage administrative activities for the office
-Handle incoming and outgoing communication
-Organise and attend various meetings
-Develop and maintain an effective filing system
-Provide timely responses to requests
-Liase with vendors and external contacts
-Assist with event coordination
-Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Skills and Qualifications:
-High school diploma or higher
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Ability to prioritize
