Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant located in Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of working experience in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
• Answer phones and maintain records of calls
• Respond to inquiries and requests for information
• Distribute mail and coordinate courier services
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and digital
• Book meeting rooms and assist with event planning
• Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
• Enter data into the company's databases and spreadsheets
• Maintain the office items of supplies, and equipment

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
