Candidate needs:
• Previous experience in a cashier role
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• An ability to organize and understand quantitative information
• Knowledge of how to handle cash and credit card transactions
Job Requirements:
• Welcome customers; provide detailed information about payments and procedures
• Record all sales within the register system
• Count and verify total payments received
• Ensure it is the correct amount and give appropriate change
• Offer refunds and discounts as needed
• Secure money in the safe and make daily deposits
• Greet customers, answer their questions and provide guidance
• Assist in stock and display maintenance
• Collaborate with other team members
