Office assistant in Khalifah A City, UAE
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant in Khalifah A City to join our team. This role requires a highly organized individual who is confident and capable of providing support in the day-to-day running of our office.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing general administrative and clerical support, managing incoming and outgoing calls in a customer service capacity, ordering office supplies, and organizing and maintaining office records and filing systems.
Ideally, the individual chosen for this position will be organized, reliable, possess excellent communication skills, and be customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude. Responsibilities will also include the organization of mail and couriers, maintaining office reception and other miscellaneous communication tasks.
The successful candidate should be proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and various customer management systems. A command of English (oral and written), as well as a foreign language would be an bonus.
