Office assistant in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE
We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Office Assistant for a fast-paced office in Ras-al-Khaimah. In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support for the day-to-day functions of our organization. This includes filing, data entry, customer service and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You should also be a quick learner who is able to take on challenging projects.
In this role, you will be expected to:
-Manage customer orders and complete administrative paperwork
-Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
-Maintain office records and files
-Manage customer billing inquiries
-Organize office activities between departments
-Complete other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-At least one year of experience in an office setting
