• Help the team to develop and maintain menus, standards and recipes.

• Adhere to all food sanitation regulations.

• Marginate inventory, handle food properly and manage costs with the goal of achieving financial success.

• Perform daily organizational tasks and assist in other operational duties.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of global cuisine and cooking techniques.

• Proven culinary experience, preferably in the same setting.
