Responsibilities

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for:

- Operating cash registers

- Processing all transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collecting payments from customers
- Processing refunds/exchanges
- Counting, sorting, and verifying cash content
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Assisting customers with inquiries and shopping needs

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good understanding and knowledge of cash register systems and operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
