Requirements:
- BSc/BA in engineering, business management or a related field
- Proven project management experience, ideally within the construction, engineering or IT industries
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and gain buy-in from team members
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of project management software
- Ability to work well under pressure
