We are looking for a dynamic Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful applicant will support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, filing and faxing documents
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Assist with data entry, analysis and report preparation
• Assist with bookkeeping and financial management tasks
• Provide general customer support

Requirements:
• Extremely organized and reliable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Effective communication skills
