We are looking for an organized and motivated Office assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Main responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle confidential documents ensuring security
- Handle requests for information and data
- Retrieve data when requested
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the management team
* Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Prioritize tasks
