Job Responsibilities
• Design and implement innovative menus that combine classic and contemporary dishes
• Ability to work with a variety of cuisines, cultures and dietary restrictions
• Control and analyze kitchen operations
• Controlling and training kitchen staff
• Prepare and implement budget
• Ensure the compliance with the regulations of food hygiene and health and safety
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate prices
• Complete monthly inventories

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants
• Proven leadership, organization and communication skills
