Job Description

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and other food items to customers of the café. The Barista will be expected to provide courteous and friendly service while greeting customers, taking orders, and accurately making specialty drinks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with customer orders

• Accurately measure ingredients, grind beans, and brew coffee
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
• Ensure bar area is stocked with items such as cups, sugar, and utensils
• Restock items as needed
